Floor Plan for Phase Two The floor plan for the six new units of Phase Two is a truly flexible plan that can adapt to your lifestyle. Each unit has a large two car garage with attic storage. An inviting patio connects the garage to the town home. The ground floor features a large room in the front which can adapt as a study, dining room or bedroom, which connects to a Master bathroom, with oversized shower and dual vanities. The living room features a gas fireplace, which opens to a beautiful kitchen, with dining area.
The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator. You have your choice of fixtures with rubbed bronze or brushed nickel hardware. You may choose from three colors for the beautiful raised panel cherry or maple, fully glazed cabinets. Your may customize your flooring with choices of hardwood, tile or carpet.
The second floor features an impressive master bedroom with coffered ceiling, master bath with dual vanities and a large garden tub with whirlpool option. There is a second large bedroom with a full bath as well.
